Powder Coating Inspector Operative

While we require previous experience on a powder coating line, we are committed to your growth and will provide comprehensive, ongoing product training.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards before they head to the customer. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Quality Inspection: Loading and Unloading items from an overhead chain conveyor system line and performing quality checks on the coating.
- Documentation: Accurately completing paperwork, logging data, and counting various powder-coated items.
- Job Processing: Interpreting technical information on job tickets to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Safety First: Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

We want an enthusiastic, confident, and hardworking individual who takes genuine pride in their work. To be successful, you will need:
- Experience: Proven experience working on a powder coating line.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting defects or inconsistencies.
- Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting loading and unloading from an overhead chain conveyor system in very warm conditions
- Reliability: Comfort with a consistent, full-time schedule.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM working day hours 11.50 day 57.50 hours week(Days)
- Starting Rate will be £12.71
