Eco Happy Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Operations Executive to support the successful delivery of our Boiler, Solar and Air Conditioning installation services.
This is a varied role combining customer service and operational coordination. You'll work closely with our sales team, customers, installers and suppliers to ensure every installation runs smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
Based in our Wakefield office, you'll be joining a friendly, supportive and growing business with excellent earning potential.
About the Role
- Office-based at our Wakefield headquarters
- Five days per week (rota may include Monday–Saturday)
- Free on-site parking
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers regarding their heating, solar and domestic air conditioning requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and engineers.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure equipment and materials are available when required.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed at every stage.
- Manage customer records and update internal systems accurately.
- Support the wider operations team with planning, administration and project coordination.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure installations are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to continually improve customer experience and internal processes. What We're Looking For
✔ Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Confident and professional telephone manner.
✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
✔ A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
✔ Comfortable working as part of a busy, collaborative team.
✔ Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
✔ Air conditioning, heating, renewable energy or HVAC knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
