Food plays a central role in how our space feels. It supports focus, energy and conversation without ever demanding attention. We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with precision, creativity and care.
The Role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the quality, consistency and rhythm of everything that clients see, touch, feel, taste and smell.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Management deliver extraordinary events whether it be the meet and greet, cloakroom detail, replenishing the grab and go coffee areas or delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the events and operations teams to accommodate dietary requirements and client preferences.
- Support day-to-day operations, optimising workflow and efficiency without compromising quality.
About You
- A passion for customer service with an eye for detail in a high-quality hospitality or events environment.
- Some knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance. Basic or Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous.
- Organised, disciplined and comfortable working across multiple events and formats.
- Someone who cares deeply about how events look and feel to support the delegates/visitor's wider experience.
