We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Duties
- Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
- Lead, train, and mentor factory staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a factory setting is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
