Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper or Cleaner to join our friendly team at Tenby House Hotel Ltd in the heart of the town. This role is vital in ensuring our premises remain spotless and inviting for our guests, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel areas including bathrooms, corridors, and communal spaces.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled times.
- Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or hotel cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
