The Role:
As our Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the operation – inspiring the team, driving service standards, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling cared for. You'll be hands-on, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. With your leadership, the floor runs smoothly, the team stays motivated, and the experience remains exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence across every shift.
- Lead, train, and motivate a close knit FOH team.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage events and guest communications.
- Support with rota planning, stock control, and health & safety compliance.
- Represent YARD's values with warmth, professionalism, and pride.

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
