Registered Manager
Location: Wisbech
Salary: £55,000- £60,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)
Annual Bonus: 21% of your Annual Salary
Join Keys Group and lead a brand-new therapeutic children's home where you'll have the opportunity to build a service from the ground up. You'll be developing your team and creating a positive culture from day-one and delivering life-changing outcomes for children
As the first Registered Manager of South View, you'll have the autonomy to shape the home's future, backed by experienced operational leadership, therapeutic expertise and clear opportunities for career progression.
Unlike many providers, you'll be backed by a regional network of therapists, psychologists and specialist advisers that are assigned to your home, giving you the clinical support needed to deliver truly therapeutic care and achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading a brand-new therapeutic children's home.

Building and developing a high-performing care team.

Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.

Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.

Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.

Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.
What you'll bring to the role:
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Registered Manager.

Achieved Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).

Experience working with complex trauma

Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.

Experience of budgets and financial management.

Full driving licence is essential.
