360 Degrees Consultancy Ltd is a specialist SME providing scaffolding audits, inspections, anchor testing, design briefs, and retained health and safety services. We're launching a new in-house design department to meet growing client demand, and we're looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to help build it from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a graduate engineer to help shape a brand-new division within an established consultancy — not just join a team but help build one. You'll work closely alongside experienced scaffolding and temporary works professionals, supporting the setup of design systems and software, and growing into the role as the department develops.
What We're Looking For
A Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent), with a genuine interest in temporary works design prior industry experience is not required
Enthusiasm for learning and, over time, helping set up and configure design software and systems
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with clients as your confidence grows
A mix of technical curiosity and personal flair; someone who brings energy and ideas as well as attention to detail
A proactive, self-starting attitude, suited to a small, agile SME environment where you'll help build something new
