Job Title: Working Foreman – High-End Residential Projects
Location: Central Scotland (candidates are expected to travel up to 1 hour)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee the site delivery of high-end residential construction projects ranging from £200,000 to £1m. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations while working on the tools. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered, on time, and to the highest standards expected in premium residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site activities on residential extensions and new build projects
- Lead and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
- Working hands-on while maintaining overall site control
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, quality standards, and budget
- Maintain a clean working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishes expected on high-end homes
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering residential building projects
- Trade background and good knowledge and ability in all trades
- Demonstrable experience delivering extensions and new build residential projects
- Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively
- Being able to understand and interpret drawings for full build
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Own transport and tools
