Duties
This is a full-time, Industrial Door and Loading Bay Engineer role.
The engineer will be responsible for, diagnosing and repairing equipment and maintaining different types of industrial doors, loading bay equipment, and scissor lifts.
We are seeking competent engineers with proven experience in delivering repairs and call outs on a range of industrial door/loading bay products.
Full adherence to Health and Safety policies both on and off site at all times is essential.
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
Experience in welding, electrical, or mechanical work is an advantage.
Flexible and willing to work overtime as the role will involve participation on a call out rota 1 week in 4. (The rota basis will increase over time as the engineering fleet increases).
Skills Requirements
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel.
Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
A valid full UK driver's license is essential and willingness to travel when necessary - working away may also be required at times.
Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Relevant cards/certificates – CSCS / IPAF would be advantageous although training will be provided as required to suit the role.

Working Hours
08.00hrs – 17.00hrs Monday to Thursday, 08.00hrs – 16.30hrs Friday
Plus overtime.
