Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Advertising Account Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate advertising campaigns, and support business growth. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with excellent communication, organisational, and account management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee advertising campaigns across relevant marketing channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and support account growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance using CRM systems and prepare client reports.
- Analyse market trends and campaign data to recommend improvements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign updates for clients.
- Ensure all advertising activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews to maintain excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in advertising, account management, or marketing.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Experience managing advertising or marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: £33,433.88 per year
