Workshop Trainee – Full Training Provided
Location: Wiveliscombe (near Wellington, Taunton & Tiverton)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (6:00am start after 3 months)
Transport: Own transport essential (rural location)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + pay review after 3 months

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working in a busy, well-equipped workshop environment
- Learning to operate precision tools and specialised machinery (full training provided)
- Manufacturing, sharpening, re-tipping, and servicing industrial saws
- Supporting production, maintenance, and quality processes
- Producing high-quality, accurate products for customers around the world
- Developing hands-on skills that will stay with you for life
What We’re Looking For
- A practical, hands-on individual who enjoys making or fixing things
- Basic experience with hand tools or a workshop environment is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take pride in your work
- A positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Own transport essential due to rural location
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Shift changes to 6:00am start after 3 months
- Regular overtime available
- No evenings, weekends, or bank holidays
