- Basic salary £36,634 per annum

Job Description
KWL Fleet are looking for an experienced and fully qualified technician to help maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles and equipment, mainly focussed on our own fleet of Agricultural/Plant based machinery and equipment. This includes various petrol hand tooling, grass cutting machinery and tractors, amongst others.
Our in-house team provides a comprehensive service to ensure that Hull City Council have a high availability of vehicles and machinery to effectively deliver to the local community.
We procure, purchase, and maintain all the Authority’s vehicles and plant, along with our own fleet of vans. We are currently managing circa 500 vehicles and over 350 hand plant/machinery assets, and are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to deliver maintenance repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicles.
The main requirements are for you to have/be:
- Relevant and recognised Agricultural/Land-based Engineering qualification, to NVQ 3 or equivalent.
- Full Current Valid Driving Licence
- Experience in Motor Vehicle repairs/maintenance (desirable)
- HGV/LGC license (desirable)
- MOT Testers certificate (desirable)
