Looking for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for regular tramping work based out of Bradford depot.
New Euro 6 XL cabs, guaranteed work through the week both days and nights for a very busy transport company.
Guaranteed minimum of 50 hours per week.
£15 PAYE no ADR
£16 Self Employed / Limited with no ADR
£16 PAYE With ADR
£17 Self Employed / Limited with ADR
Also available 12 hour traction shift £210 including night out
Airport shifts based at Manchester Airport cargo terminal also available @£15.50 p/h.
Weekend work available.
Nights out available.
HGV Class 1 Driver requirements:
- A full UK C+E licence
- Valid CPC holders
- Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations
- No previous disqualifications (DD,TT,DR,CD,IN)
- Long term availability
- Digicard
- Must not have more than 3 points on their licence
- Minimum of 1 year HGV driving experience is essential
- MUST have 5 year checkable work history
- Successful candidates will be required to present a valid DBS check
HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:
- Willingness to conduct tramping work across the UK
- General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer’s premises or other locations.
- Delivering products on behalf of our client and their customer
- Use of electronic P.O.D and up to date technology (full training will be given to ensure best practice)
- Assisting with loading and unloading
- Must be professional and adhere to company protocol
