Job Overview:We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee our hotel operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a strong background in hospitality and human resources, capable of supervising staff and ensuring exceptional guest services throughout the night.
Duties:- Manage and supervise night staff, including reception, Ensure smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally- Conduct regular rounds to inspect the premises for security and maintenance issues, keep all the public area and functions room clean- Assist with check-ins/outs for late-night arrivals and early departures- Coordinate with other departments to address any issues that may arise during the night- Maintain accurate records of nightly operations
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a hotel management role is essential- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Sound knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently- Flexibility to work night shifts as required
