Job Summary
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Duties
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment
- Conduct risk analysis evaluations
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and valuations
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in cost control techniques
