We're a growing personal injury firm based in Blackburn.
This is a real opportunity for a personal injury paralegal who wants to develop properly, with a defined path to running their own caseload, and the option of a Training Contract further down the line for the right candidate.
The role
You'll work alongside a Fee Earner on a live caseload of personal injury files. The expectation is that you'll grow into running your own files within a defined timeframe, not stay in an assistant role indefinitely.
Who this is for
This role is for someone with at least 6 months of hands-on personal injury experience.
You'll fit well here if you:
- Have worked in personal injury before, ideally in a firm doing genuine volume
- Want to grow into a fee earner role rather than stay as a permanent assistant
- Are organised enough to keep multiple files moving without dropping anything
- Can communicate clearly with clients who are often stressed and need reassurance
If you've never dealt with personal injury, this isn't the right role for you, and you'll struggle in the first month.
