Supervisor (Winchester)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive maintenance services across properties in Winchester.

Your Role Will Include
- Supervising a team of operatives across various trades, ensuring productivity and quality of work
- Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance across all sites
- Allocating jobs and ensuring timely attendance and completion
- Managing customer complaints from initial report through to resolution
- Liaising with tenants, internal teams, and contractors
- Supporting scheduling, resource planning, and performance tracking
What We're Looking For
✅ SSSTS certification (essential)
✅ Proven experience supervising repairs and maintenance in social housing or a similar environment
✅ Strong knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general building)
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Full UK driving licence

Pay: £42,000.00-£54,000.00 per year
