We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to provide key support to our Commercial DLO Team, helping keep our financial, document and contractor processes accurate, organised and on track.
You'll work across a range of commercial activity, from processing invoices and supporting contractor payments to maintaining records, preparing reports and helping the team understand costs and performance.

What you’ll be doing
You'll play an important role in supporting the commercial and financial management of our DLO. You'll be:

Processing approved subcontractor, materials and supplier invoices and liaising with Finance for payment

Supporting valuations, contractor payment applications and variation processes

Maintaining accurate supplier, job, materials and document records

Checking Proof of Delivery information and ensuring records are up to date

Preparing cost, management and performance reports, including forecasting and reconciliations

Processing orders through P2P and MRI Maintain and keeping systems updated

Supporting procurement activity and developing our supply chain

Working with managers and key stakeholders to improve job costing, value for money and commercial understanding

What we’re looking for:

Social housing experience ideally with knowledge of repairs, DLO or commercial environments

Strong administration and organisation skills able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Good financial awareness with an understanding of costs, recharges, invoices and value for money
-
Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with MRI Maintain is desirable
-
Strong communication skills confident building relationships with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
-
A proactive, detail-focused approach someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets things done
