We are seeking enthusiastic waitresses to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion working in a busy environment and have a a flair for working with the rest of the team and customers. As a waitress you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their dining experience here in Azzurro, from taking orders to serving food and beverages with professionalism and flair.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide excellent customer services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests are attended to promptly.
- Resetting tables.
- Polishing glasses and cutlery.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
