Job Overview
We are seeking EXPERIENCED, enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Replenish stock as needed and assist with stock rotation
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Experience
- Previous experience is mandatory
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Good organisational abilities to manage busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of safety standards is desirable but training will be provided
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and busy service times
