- To contribute to the delivery of the Radiology Service at an operational level as required across the different sites of Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
- Produce high quality, optimised images across the spectrum of examinations undertaken in the allocated department.
- Participate in the provision of the 24-hour 7 day per week service, including on call within all departments and have a flexible attitude to working hours commensurate with the needs of the service.
- To support assistant practitioners and learners rostered to the allocated department.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Radiology Service.
- Ensure a patient centred approach and be responsible for the standards of care provided within the allocated department.
- Promote education and training within the allocated department and across radiology.
- To adhere to the Trust Values
- Keep up-to-date competency records.
