Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a Luxury Residential Building, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Interact with clients in a courteous manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Skills
- Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently.
