We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team..

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education
Experience working with children in a nursery setting.
Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's emotional and social development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., Level 3 or above).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
- Ofsted Rating "GOOD "April 2024
