What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical services and IT support operations.
- Lead technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and improve service processes that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems maintenance, and technology implementation projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Monitor service performance, analyse operational metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and business partners.
- Support cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology governance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop technical professionals while promoting innovation and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical services, IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, or IT service management is beneficial.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with strong organisational abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £5,300.00-£7,100.00 per month
