Duties
- Safely operate 3.5t delivery vehicle to complete multiple daily deliveries across designated routes
- Load, unload, and organize packages in the vehicle, ensuring secure placement for transit
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs
Requirements
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role, preferably with multi-drop routes, ideal but not essential
- Experience driving 3.5t Van (ideal but not essential)
- Valid UK driver’s license with a Max 6pts
- Ability to lift packages up to 30kg max regularly and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and route planning techniques experience. Again ideal but not essential
