Overview
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Labourers to make a x2 man team - approx 5 months. The ideal candidates will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to undertake a range of manual tasks in a dynamic environment and hold a current CSCS card. This is a very physical job. Previous experience in drylining settings is advantageous. Must have proof of right to work (such as a passport or a Home Office share code) which will be verified prior to starting on site. Visa sponsorship is not available for this temporary role.
Duties
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting and manoeuvring of bulky items
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any faults or issues
Qualifications
- As this position is for IMMEDIATE start candidate MUST already possess valid CSCS card which will be verified
- MUST have permission to work in UK, all applicants will be verified
- Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and heavy lifting procedures
- Familiarity of construction environments is an advantage
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a safe manner
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
