Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support in a residential setting
- Develop and follow personalised care plans to meet individual needs
- Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines

- Work as part of a professional, supportive team
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with policies and regulations
- Drive young people to school, activities, and appointments (Full UK driving licence required)
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, resilient, and motivated to support young people
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (desirable)
