Role and Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Viewing property opportunities for the sourcing team, capturing media (photos and video) including commentary on the media solely for internal use. As the role develops or for the right candidate the role may also involve detailing the refurbishment or modernisation works required at a granular level
- Supporting and accompanying client property/project viewings as the face of Dugard Property
- Undertaking post refurbishment snagging and viewings for remote clients
- Undertaking and facilitating client viewings for the Lettings Agency
- Supporting the Lettings Agency with post tenant inspection viewings
- Undertaking Inventory checks ‘pre and post’ tenancies for the Lettings Agency
- Property viewings, property take-on and media capture for Fast Track sales
- General property related administration activities and or analysis as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of property industry experience (estate agency, lettings or construction)
- Minimum of 2 Years UK property market experience/knowledge
- Experience of commercial negotiation beneficial
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Confident on phone
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and CRM tools
- Ability to manage business correspondence
- Creative Thinking
- Good negotiation & interpersonal skills
Candidate must have a full UK driving license and own their own transport to undertake the role. The successful candidate will as part of the role be reimbursed their travel expenses in line with UK Government milage and petrol policy.
Please note the role is predominantly based in South Wales which is where all travel will be required for viewings, property take on and other key responsibilities.
