Full-Time Position
We are a well-established manufacturer of industrial ovens and are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Stores Person / Driver to join our team.
This varied role combines warehouse, stores, packing, and delivery responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our engineering and production team.
Key Responsibilities
Stores & Factory Duties
- Assisting the stores department with stock control and ordering.
- Preparing spare parts and components for dispatch.
- Packing and preparing industrial ovens for shipment.
- Building bespoke pallets and custom packaging solutions for larger products.
- Using hand and power tools to construct packing materials and prepare goods for transport.
Previous experience using hand and power tools would be advantageous due to the bespoke nature of our packaging requirements.
Driving & Deliveries
- Delivering industrial ovens and equipment to customers throughout the UK.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Managing delivery schedules and ensuring goods arrive on time and in excellent condition.
- Some deliveries may require early starts or later returns; however, all journeys are planned to allow a return to base on the same day, with no overnight stays required.
The role is approximately split 50/50 between driving duties and factory-based work.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and organised.
- Can manage their time effectively when working independently on delivery routes.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Has a practical, hands-on approach to work.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:15pm
