We are a small coffee shop located on the Exeter Quay. Because we have just taken over another cafe and new retail unit, we are looking for a cafe supervisor/allrounder to look after our individual sites located in Exeter.
At the moment we are looking for experienced cafe supervisor with previous barista experience, strong work ethic and good managerial skills to look after our cafes and make sure the service runs smoothly.
We can offer 40 hours per week and the right candidate must be available to work weekends.

We are looking for reliable staff with enthusiasm and positive attitude to join our growing team.
Duties will include:
Supervising our staff and looking after the cafe, so the service runs smoothly.
Serving customers, making coffees and teas, using the till, dealing with customers, cleaning tables, general cleaning duties to keep cafe clean and doing basic kitchen operations like simple food prepararion - toasties, bagels, getting food prep done for next day etc.
Applicants must be able to work as a part of the team as well as being friendly, communicative and reliable.
Required experience\skills :
Must be available to start asap
Must be permanently living in Exeter area(all year round)
Experience of working in cafe/coffee shop environment at least 2 years
Previous barista training
Basic food hygiene training
Great customer service skills
100% punctuality and reliability
Good organisational skills and attention to details
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to work with a team, and on own initiative
