We are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND school in Digbeth from September. This Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who require specialist support to access learning. The successful Teaching Assistant will help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD.
- Deliver personalised learning activities and structured routines.
- Adapt classroom resources and learning environments.
- Support communication, sensory development, and emotional regulation.
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
This Teaching Assistant position would suit someone passionate about SEND education.
