Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Part-Time Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various domestic and commercial premises in West Oxfordshire. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to meet their specific cleaning needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
- Valid driving licence is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the hours advertised.
