Millennium Site Services is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality finishing and repair solutions across the rail and construction sectors. We are currently recruiting experienced paint sprayers to join our team at a brand new, purpose-built facility in Goole, working on smart repair and respray projects on trains and rail carriages.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 16:30 Pay: £17.50 – £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Engagement: PAYE, CIS/UTR, or Outside IR35 (pending assessment)
The role:
You will be working as part of a dedicated finishing team carrying out the full range of paint and smart repair work on rail carriages. This includes surface preparation, filling and shaping, panel repair, colour matching, paint spraying, and full resprays where required. Work is carried out to a high standard in a clean, modern, well-equipped facility.
You must have:
- Proven experience in paint spraying, ideally within rail, automotive, or heavy vehicle sectors
- Experience in smart repair techniques including prep, filler work, and full respray
- Strong colour matching and finishing skills
- Own spray guns
- Own air-fed mask
- Full PPE
- Ability to work independently to a consistently high standard
- Reliable, professional, and tidy approach to work
