Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bathroom Fitter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and upgrading bathroom fixtures and surfaces to create functional, stylish, and durable spaces. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, and tiles using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure precise installation.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as connecting water supply lines, drainage systems, and sealing fixtures to prevent leaks.
- Use welding techniques where necessary for metal fixtures or structural support components.
- Conduct site preparation activities including surface leveling, framing, and carpentry work to ensure proper fixture placement.
- Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bathroom fitter or similar role in construction or renovation projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, chisels, as well as power tools like drills and saws.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic mechanical principles required for effective fixture installation.
- Ability to operate welding equipment when necessary for metalwork tasks.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques for framing and surface preparation.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment.

Pay: £35,420.00-£53,825.08 per year
