We are a leading UK ship chandler seeking reliable and professional full-time Class 1 and Class 2 drivers to join our growing transport team. This permanent position offers stable hours, regular routes, and the opportunity to work within a specialist and respected sector.
About the Role
- Full-time position with guaranteed hours
- Multi-drop deliveries to vessels at ports across the UK
- Operation of multi-temperature vehicles (ambient, chilled, and frozen)
- Manual handling/handballing of ship stores is required
- Regular nights out as part of the weekly schedule
- Weekend working is part of the role
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence
- Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph card
- Willingness to work weekends and nights away
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when working quayside with clients
