Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support to individuals in the care home 8PM -8AM. The successful candidate will assist with evening activities, promote independence, and ensure the well-being of those in their care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalised care and support. This person must have the ability to work independently while following care plans.
Level 2 in care or above.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and daily routines to promote independence
- Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs of each client
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
Level 2 in care or above.
- Previous experience working in a care home
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive clients safely if required
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic skills for maintaining records and updating care plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately
