About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Site Manager to support our Contracts department at site level. The candidate will oversee the delivery and installation of modular buildings on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will report directly into our Contracts Managers with travel required across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day site operations for modular construction projects
- Lead and supervise subcontractors and site teams
- Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance at all times
- Manage Health and Safety at site level working closely with the Health and Safety Manager to identify and address risks
- Deliver projects in a collaborative and solution focused manner
- Ensure all work completed on time and within budget
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (modular experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of installation processes and site logistics
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS card
- Excellent supervisory, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to health, safety and quality
- IT literate with the ability to confidently use Microsoft Packages
- Full UK driving licence – essential

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
