Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on a variety of buildings, including high-rise structures, using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all windows are streak-free, spotless, and meet client expectations
- Use specialised equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and safety harnesses where necessary
- Maintain safety standards at all times, including the proper use of ladders and scaffolding
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work
- Keep all cleaning equipment clean, organised, and in good working condition
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
