Trade Recruit is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing home improvement business, seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, reliable and multi-skilled bathroom fitter looking for long-term job security, consistent local work and a strong employment package. You’ll be responsible for delivering complete bathroom installations to a high standard, working across Sleaford and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will manage bathroom installations from initial rip-out through to final finishing, taking pride in delivering a professional finish and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete bathroom installations and refurbishments
- Removal and rip-out of existing bathrooms
- First and second-fix plumbing
- Installation of baths, showers, toilets, basins and associated sanitaryware
- Wall and floor tiling
- Basic carpentry and finishing work
- Installation of bathroom furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Identifying and resolving issues during installations
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and professional working environment in customers' homes
- Providing excellent customer service throughout each project
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' bathroom fitting experience
- Strong plumbing and bathroom installation skills
- Ability to complete bathroom installations to a high standard
- Tiling and general multi-trade skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working in customers' homes
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs effectively
- Full UK driving licence
