As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the company, lead our team, and help drive the next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a key leadership position within the business. We are seeking someone who can take the pressure off the directors by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, improving efficiency, and helping to grow the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the business
- Supervise and motivate workshop, mobile fitting, and office teams
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Monitor productivity, sales, and operational KPIs
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Manage stock control and supplier relationships
- Oversee health and safety compliance
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Report directly to the directors and provide operational leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven management or operations experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
- Commercial awareness and a growth-focused mindset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience within the automotive, tyre, transport, or service industry would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
