Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently at heights. All work is paid, including internships, and offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialised skills within the construction industry.
Duties
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
- Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety throughout the duration of use
- Measure and cut materials using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise assembly
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters, roofers, or electricians to facilitate construction activities
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and clearing debris regularly
- Assist with fabrication of scaffold components when necessary using welding or fabrication techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in scaffolding Part 1or 2
