Join the Team at S11 Reformer Pilates & Health Hub
We're looking for two passionate and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. If you love helping people move better, build confidence, and improve their wellbeing, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
We're currently looking for instructors who are available to teach:
- Tuesday mornings
- Wednesday evenings
- Additional cover for classes and holidays when available
You'll deliver safe, engaging and inclusive Reformer Pilates classes, adapting sessions to suit a range of abilities while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every client.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes.
- Adapt exercises to suit different abilities and goals.
- Provide clear instruction, encouragement and individual feedback.
- Ensure clients exercise safely using correct technique.
- Maintain a clean, organised studio and equipment.
- Help create a friendly community where clients feel motivated and supported.
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing professional learning.
About You
You'll have:
- A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification.
- Level 3 Matwork Pilates is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- A good understanding of anatomy and movement.
- A positive, professional and approachable manner.
- A genuine passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
