Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£95 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£475 weekly
Job Description:
We are supporting a Primary School in CV23 Rugby who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. The school promotes an inclusive environment where every pupil is encouraged to succeed.
You will work alongside teachers to support pupils across the curriculum, deliver small group activities and provide additional classroom support where required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting children within a school setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive and proactive approach
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
