We are seeking a talented and experienced GP Exercise Referral Coordinator to join our team. The GP Exercise Referral Coordinator plays an important role, helping us deliver our health and wellbeing objectives. The GP Exercise Referral Coordinator will be GLL’s key contact to link with GPs and Health Professionals in the borough, as well as working alongside the local authority. Working with a small team, the GP Exercise Referral Coordinator will manage and oversee the successful delivery of the Healthwise programme.
What you’ll do:
Manage the Healthwise Programme and Healthwise team.
Be the key contact for GPs/Health Professionals and the local authority.
Complete practical as well as administrative elements of Healthwise.
Represent the Healthwise team in internal and external meetings.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
What you need:
Level 3 GP Referral qualification.
NVQ Level 3 Fitness Instructor.
REPS registered fitness professional with patience, empathy, and sensitivity.
Experience of delivering and managing lifestyle interventions.

This is a Full time position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
