Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Serve teas, coffees, and light refreshments with efficiency and professionalism
- Assist with food preparation, including baking, assembling sandwiches, and maintaining display displays
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards
- Take orders accurately and process transactions using the POS system
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Support catering functions for special events or group bookings as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and uphold high standards of cleanliness
