What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults receiving end-of-life care in their own homes.
- Support individuals with personal care, mobility, medication prompts, and daily living activities.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain dignity, respect, and independence for every person you support.
- Accurately record care provided and communicate effectively with the wider care team.
- Travel between clients across various areas of Leeds.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel across different Leeds postcodes.
- Right to work in the UK.
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential if you have the right attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.
