Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with legal and professional standards

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses to medication and adjust prescriptions as necessary in consultation with prescribing physicians
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all dispensed medications and patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and organisational policies
- Oversee the storage, handling, and disposal of pharmaceuticals safely and efficiently
- Educate patients on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and health management strategies
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with advancements in pharmacy practice

Requirements
- Current GPHC Registration
- Experience working in a community pharmacy setting
