(Sewing Teacher) - Superstars
Superstars is seeking enthusiastic individual to lead sewing workshops at their Head Office, on Saturday Mornings Term Time only upto Sat 18 Jul. We will then start again in September term time only
0930-1100 - 7-9 year olds
1130-1300 - 10+
Along with
After School Clubs
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday in Warrington or Newton le willows mainly from 1515-1630
If you cannot carry on after September, happy to have someone delivering for this half term
Superstars has 4 weeks worth work in School holidays at local holiday camps in Warrington and Newton Le Willows - different rate of pay.
Job Type:
- Self-Employed basis.
- £60 per day.
- DBS Enhanced, updated of 3 years is required.
Job Role:
As a Sewing Instructor, you will:
- Teach children the fundamentals of hand sewing and how to use a sewing machine.
- Ensure all children feel confident and inspired while working on their projects.
- Use provided materials and equipment to facilitate hands-on learning.
- Teaching will be provided for the basis of course material which you will subsequently be taught to the children.

Job Requirements:
✔ Confidence and competent working with children aged 7+.- there will be 12 children in a class
✔ Prior experience working with children is beneficial.
✔ Enthusiastic, patient, and willing to engage in hands-on activities.
✔ Ability to explain sewing techniques clearly and effectively.
