In this role you will have the opportunity support a team of local HSE experts in the Critical Power business line. Each day, you will make sure the team keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and. Set global KPIs/targets (TRIFR, LTIFR, severity rate, near-miss/leading indicator reporting) specific to site and field activity, and report performance to commercial leadership.
Act as a visible safety leader, coaching regional Sales, PM, and Service managers and embedding safety accountability into commercial leadership routines.
Qualifications for the Role :
Strong background in site-based installation, commissioning, or service environments within electrical, power electronics, energy, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in high-voltage/electrical safety, arc-flash risk management, working at height, and contractor management on third-party sites.
Experience working in a global matrix organization, influencing Sales, Project Management, and Service leadership without direct authority.
